Terms of use
The terms on which FaithDaily is published and may be read.
Last updated
By reading FaithDaily you agree to these terms. They are short because they need to be.
Our content
Pieces written by FaithDaily are copyright of the publisher. You may quote from them with attribution and a link. You may not republish them in full without permission, which we usually grant to churches and non-profits for non-commercial use — ask.
Other outlets’ content
Headlines, excerpts and images from other outlets remain the property of those outlets. We show them under the terms each outlet grants and we link to the original. Their appearance here is not an endorsement by them of us, or by us of them.
What you send us
When you submit testimony or write to the desk you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish what you send, in edited form, with your name as you gave it. You keep the copyright and may publish it elsewhere. You confirm that what you send is your own account and does not defame anyone.
Accounts and membership
A reader account is free and personal to you. Membership, where offered, is a voluntary contribution to the cost of the work; it does not buy influence over what we publish and it can be cancelled at any time, with no refund for the part of the month already used.
No warranty
We work hard to be accurate and we correct our errors publicly. Even so, the site is provided as it is, and we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and material changes are announced in the newsletter.
